Tom Swavely

Tom has devoted his more than 40-year career to ensuring that patients have access to quality physical therapy rehabilitation care, currently as Chief Development Officer for LHM Physical Therapy Institute, LLC. Tom started his career with Penn State University’s Hershey Medical Center developing the sports medicine and athletic training outreach programs for Hershey, Pennsylvania’s professional hockey team, local high schools and community sports teams. Tom completed his undergraduate education at Juniata College and his physical therapy training at Hahnemann University Hospital through Drexel University. Outside of work, Tom is an avid fly-fisherman. He enjoys spending time with his adult children and wife, Jen, with whom he shares a passion for supporting their church and organizations that help meet children’s basic needs,domestically and abroad. Tom is a past board member for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
