Jay McKim

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As a CPA, Jay brings his 30 years of experience in public and private accounting to bear in serving as a steward of LHM Foundation’s financial resources. After graduating from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Jay began his career in public accounting with a regional firm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and thereafter held multiple financial management roles in the healthcare industry. He currently serves as CFO and Treasurer for LHM Physical Therapy Institute, LLC. Committed to volunteerism, Jay has a particular passion for coaching youth sports. He also has volunteered at a local food pantry and with recreational programs for disabled youth. Jay values spending time with his wife, Sue, and their three sons. Jay is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing basketball, pickleball and golf.
