Erica Facciani

Executive Director of Hospice Services

Erica brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to LHM Hospice, most recently serving as the director of operations for a large hospice provider. She is a certified Respiratory Therapist, having earned a degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2001. Erica has delivered direct patient care in area hospitals, as well as in acute and subacute rehabilitation, home health and hospice settings. Outside of work, Erica loves spending time with her husband, Rich, their two children, family and friends. She also enjoys reading, yoga and paddleboarding.
